Taglirini

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup medium onion - minced
  • 8 oz. fine noodles (or macaroni)
  • 28 oz. can tomatoes (or tomato sauce)
  • 12 oz. can corn, drained (or frozen)
  • 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, cut or grated (medium or sharp)
  • optional - stir in halved blk
  • 9×13 pan

  1. brown beef in skillet, stirring frequently, while noodles are cooking per directions
  2. add garlic, salt, pepper and onion to beef and cook until onion are partially done
  3. drain noodles and combine with beef, tomatoes, and corn in baking dish
  4. stir in half of the cheese and top with the remainder
  5. bake at 350 deg. for 40 minutes
