Then the fan sits on top with the frame that's built around the CPU on the motherboard. Once you
have it in place, you flip the two levers on each side to secure it and then plug it into the
CPU Fan connector. The heat sink which sits directly on the CPU has a coating that makes a seal with the CPU to conduct heat away.
