===== Chicken and Rice (Dad's Recipe)=====

  *1 cup uncooked rice
  *2 cups water
  *1 whole chicken - cut up
  *1 can cream of mushrooms soup
  *1 package dehydrated onions soup - beefy ok
  *slabs of butter - dot top

Layer ingredients in order in cassarole. Cook 1 hour covered with foil at 350 degrees. Remove foil and cook 1/2 hour more
