There are two units. The upstairs is a one-bedroom and has the entire top floor (windows on all four sides). The downstairs (back) is a single. One room with a separate kitchen, bathroom and closet. It comes out to this backyard. The front half of the building has two garages (one car each). That is on the other side of this view (alley).
